CrashPlan - ఒక మంచి డాటా బ్యాక్ అప్ సాఫ్ట్ వేర్!!!

డాటా రెగ్యులర్ గా బ్యాకప్ తీసుకోవటం ఒక మంచి అలవాటు. డాటా పోయిన తర్వాత బాధ పడే కన్నా ముందుగా బ్యాకప్ తీసుకోవటం ఉత్తమం. మాన్యువల్ గా డాటా వేరొక చోట కాపీ చేసుకోవటం కష్టం అనుకుంటే, డాటా బ్యాకప్ అప్లికేషన్ల పై ఆధారపడవచ్చు. డాటా అదే పీసీ లేదా నెట్ వర్క్ లోని వేరో పీసీ లో ఆటోమాటిక్ బ్యాకప్ తీసుకోవటానికి చాలా ఉచిత సాప్ట్ వేర్లు నెట్ లో చాలానే ఉన్నాయి. వాటిలో ఒకటి CrashPlan ఇది ఆఫ్-సైట్ మరియు ఆన్-లైన్ బ్యాక్ అప్ ని అందిస్తుంది. ఆఫ్ సైట్ ఉచితం మరియు ఆన్ లైన్ కోసం పే చెయ్యవలసి ఉంటుంది.

1. Download and Install Free Backup Software

Windows Requirements:

XP, Vista, Windows 7, Server 2008/2003

1GHZ+ CPU, 1GB+ memory, 50MB+ free drive space

IMPORTANT! CrashPlan auto-updates to the latest version. You do not need to download it again once it's installed.

2. Create your account

CrashPlan automatically starts up after installation and prompts you to create a new account. Enter the information and click Create Account. CrashPlan will send backup reports and notifications to the email address you enter.

Existing users: Choose Existing Account and enter your email address and password.The email address needs to match the address you used for your original CrashPlan account.

3. Choose files and destinations

Files: By default, CrashPlan will back up your entire Home/User folder. Click Change to select specific files and folders to back up

Start: Click Start Backup to back up to CrashPlan Central and any other destinations you've selected.

పీసీ లో ఇనస్టలేషన్ చేసిన తర్వాత ఈ మెయిల్ సహాయంతో అకౌంట్ క్రియేట్ చేసుకోవాలి. అదే పీసీ లో బ్యాకప్ కోసం బ్యాకప్ తీసుకోవలసిన ఫైళ్ళను మరియు డెస్టినేషన్ పోల్డర్ ని ఎంచుకొని 'Start Backup' బటన్ పై క్లిక్ చెయ్యటమే. వేరొక పీసీ లో బ్యాకప్ తీసుకోవటానికి సేమ్ అకౌంట్ తో CrashPlan ని ఆ పిసీ లోకూడా ఇనస్టలేషన్ చెయ్యాలి. అప్పుడు కంప్యూటర్ల లిస్ట్ లో ఆ పీసీ కూడా జత చెయ్యబడుతుంది. డెస్టినేషన్ లో ఆ పీసీ ఎంచుకోవాలి. బ్యాకప్ అలర్ట్ మరియు స్టేటస్ ఇ-మెయిల్ లో పొందవచ్చు.
